Shipping policy

At Glamorkit, we want your order to reach you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible.

Glamorkit is based in the Philippines, and we work with trusted international couriers and third-party logistics partners to route orders using the most efficient available shipping service for each destination.

Depending on your location and the courier route selected, your package may pass through international transit hubs such as China, Hong Kong, or New Zealand before continuing to your country. These transit stops are part of the normal international shipping process and help us choose faster and more cost-effective delivery routes.

Order Processing Time

In-stock orders are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, sales, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products follow a different processing schedule.

The estimated processing or release date for a pre-order item will be shown on its product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Estimated Delivery Time

International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Your country and delivery address
  • Courier availability
  • International transit routes
  • Customs processing
  • Local postal or courier delays
  • Weather, holidays, or other events outside our control

Remote areas and island destinations may require additional time.

Shipping Partners and Routing

We use international third-party logistics services and courier partners to select the most suitable route for each order.

Your package may be transferred between multiple logistics providers during transit. Because of this, the tracking number or courier handling your package may change as it moves between countries or enters the local delivery network.

The origin, transit location, or courier name shown in your tracking history may differ from Glamorkit’s business location. This is normal and does not mean your order was sent incorrectly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and the available delivery service.

We may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any available offer will be displayed on our website or applied during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent, especially while the package is being transferred between international courier networks.

Please allow time for the tracking system to update before contacting our support team.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Glamorkit does not control customs charges or processing times. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property or delivery location.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception.
  3. Contact the local courier or post office using your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@glamorkit.com, and we will review the available tracking information and assist where possible.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Glamorkit cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, transferred to our logistics partner, or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
